Otherwise, if you or a family member would like support from The Baby Bank, please get in touch. While we cannot assess your family’s level of need ourselves, we can ask your midwife, social worker or other family support to confirm your referral.
Our referral form is secure, we do not need names. If preferred, the professional referring can simply put their own name for collection purposes.
We will not pass the details of the family to anyone else; the only information we will ever share is the number of cots, buggies, bundles of clothes etc that we have given out in the past year.
We aim to respond to all queries and referrals within 48 hours.

Who can make referrals:
Health visitors, family support workers, midwives, teachers, housing officers, Army welfare officers. This list is not exhaustive – if you are unsure please contact us via email@example.com or on 07704919184.
Individuals referring themselves will need to ask their family support worker, or a children’s centre liaison to contact us.
What happens after I make a referral?
Once we have received a referral form from a referral partner we start to source and prepare the requested items. If there are any items requested that we do not have, we might put a request out on Facebook for donations. Once the items are ready, we will contact the referrer to arrange a time for them to collect them.
In exceptional circumstances we will drop the items to the family.
